Luke ran the perfect ship! Made us feel safe, welcome and comfortable for the 6 hours out on the water! The day had a bit of everything – even a cuppa tea in the morning and a cold beer on the way home. All the small touches were considered and Luke shared his stories and vast knowledge of sailing and the Bay of Islands with us! Made for the perfect day out – worth every cent and more!

Meet Barefoot Sailing Adventures
Rachael and Luke have always loved the sea, sailing and New Zealand’s beautiful nature! It had been their dream for many years to combine these passions and host Bay of Islands boat tours. So when they found the right sailing boat, they knew that with their years of experience working the sailing charter industry together, that with a fair wind they were ideally placed to make their dream a reality.
